Recommended Reading for Real Estate Investors
First of all, the best way to learn is by doing. You can study something till the cows come home, but until you put it into application, you will only know "theory." That being said, if you want to succeed in real estate investing, you should become an avid reader. Once you learn new information (through books) you should put it to use and actually do what you learned.
One of the things that helped me succeed was reading books written by "successful real estate investors and entrepreneurs." These books gave me the fundamental knowledge to build my own real estate empire. I know they can do the same for you.
